Look at everything as if you were seeing it either for the first or last time” by Betty Smith. 

We get used to our daily routine and to tell the truth, most of us get fed up with it. We want something new, exciting, feeling stimulating. And there is nothing wrong with this kind of want. However, it is not always possible to change everything very fast. Changing your daily life and style may take up some time. However, when you are making these changes it does not mean you have to face the same things every day and feel in the same way about it. 

Boredom can leave you any time you want. Try to change your approach to those mundane daily things. Try to use your imagination to implement the change. Imagine seeing those things for the first time. Remember how you felt when you saw a thing for the first time and that thing amused you or made you very happy. Play around with your imagination. Well, if it is a bad thing or at least you think that it is a bad thing, imagine how it turns for the good. This will change your feelings about the thing as your attitude towards it will change. 

It could be pretty exciting and fun to imagine if you see the thing for the last time. Especially if it is bad! Imagine how good it will feel when it ends and you see it no more. And vice versa, what if it is good and it could be the last day of your life and you see it for the last time? How would you feel then? Would not you value what you have more with this kind of knowledge? I bet you would. So, ‘refresh your eyes’ at start looking at things differently.
