Anxiety and panic attacks can be overwhelming, leaving us feeling lost and helpless. However, I'm here to share a ray of hope with you! Having experienced and triumphed over these hurdles myself, I am excited to reveal the strategies that transformed my life. Together, we can embark on a journey towards mental well-being, embracing a life of serenity and joy. Be sure to check this video on the topic.

Acknowledge Your Feelings: The first step in conquering anxiety and panic attacks is to acknowledge your feelings without judgment. Remember, it's okay to feel anxious; it's a normal human emotion. By accepting your emotions, you open the door to self-compassion and growth.

Practice Mindfulness: Mindfulness is a powerful tool to ground yourself in the present moment and let go of worries about the past or the future. Engage in mindful breathing exercises or meditation to cultivate a sense of calm and inner peace.

Doing the Impossible

When you see the invisible you do the impossible” by Oral Roberts.

If you only rely on logical facts and believe only the things you see with your physical eyes or can test things with your five senses, you will not go far. Those who have really achieved and did something great in this life were able to see beyond the visible. They were people who had imagination, used their faith and took steps contrary to what most people around them suggested taking. They saw with their ‘spiritual eyes’ and therefore they could believe that the things they see are possible to achieve. The vast majority has not developed their sixth sense and is slaves to the visible reality, which is very limited. We were created according to God’s image, so that we could create something out of nothing and not rely just on what we can see. Learn to follow your sixth sense and you will see miracles start happening.

Failure is an Option

“Even as far back as when I started acting at 14, I know I've never considered failure” by Jennifer Lawrence.

We look at successful and rich people and subconsciously (sometimes consciously) think that they were born with a silver spoon in their mouth. Some are, most aren’t. And success or failure does not really depend on our genes and parents. We have seen a lot of people waste their parents’ inheritances in no time.

I would not want to single out a single key to success or failure, but one really stands out from the rest and it is a choice. Some people get better opportunities, others worse ones, but all of us have a choice to pursue things or careers we want.

If you know what you want, the rest depends on your determination to pursue it till you get it. So, let’s make choices about our futures and not allow others to make that decision for us.

Do Money and Success Change us

Money and success don't change people; they merely amplify what is already thereby Will Smith.

A lot of people say:”Only if I had such money or success, I would do this and that”, or “I would be different”, “I would help people”, “I would give to charity”. The fact is that they are lying, probably without knowing that. Why? Because they do not know themselves! These exterior things won’t change you inside out, but will simply bring about things that are already there in your mind and soul. So, search your heart to find out what kind of person you are and whether you want to be like that. Because when money and success come they will bring what is best and worst in you.

How Can a Man Be Tested

If you want to know what a man's like, take a good look at how he treats his inferiors, not his equals by J.K. Rowling.

How we treat other people shows a lot what kind of people we are. However, an even better test comes when we deal with those that are weaker, less talented and smart, poorer, lower social and business position. It shows whether we really value people or their possessions, talents, money or social status. It proves whether we have compassion for less fortunate or we simply are opportunists that search for connections and mix with people that we get some benefits from. It is useful to look at ourselves and decide whether we really want to stay the way we are.

The Sword or the Spirit

There are only two forces in the world, the sword and the spirit. In the long run the sword will always be conquered by the spirit by Napoleon Bonaparte.

Kings, armies, dictators, empires and others bodies of power have always relied on advanced guns and weapons to stay in power, conquer others and rule the world. However, a much stronger force is the spirit that does not give up, but keeps on fighting. Eventually, the spirit overcomes, because it operates in the supernatural, whereas all other human weapons are physical. We have to remember that the spirit always rules over the matter.
