Thought for the day 14th of May 2011

Henceforth I ask not good fortune, I myself am good fortune” by Walt Whitman.

People are praying for good fortune. Some are praying to win a lottery. Others are praying for success in casino. Well, maybe these examples are too strong. However, we want good fortune and we think that we are disadvantages because somebody has it all the time and we never do. So, the fate made them advantages and us losers. And what or who is that fate? In my opinion it is a myth. I do believe that we were created according to God’s image and likeness and there can be no talk about pre-programmed fate.

It is we who program our fate by means of our outlook, faith, beliefs, attitude and thoughts. Consider yourself a failure and you shall become one. Think of yourself as of a very advantaged and successful person and you shall become one. It is all in your mind. That’s where all the programming takes place. Maybe I am repeating it too much in my posts, but I see that the message gets to our subconscious minds very slowly and we need constant repetition for it to sink in the depths of our minds and settle there. Repeat after me:”I myself am good fortune”. Do not be worried you have not done anything wrong by saying it. Just expressed what you believe.

It is not something that is too good to be true. If you believe it, it becomes a fact in the spiritual world and starts taking shape in the material world very soon. And we thought that fortune is something that comes upon us! No, we bring it upon us ourselves. So, bring it forth. Do not doubt, it will come. God is just. He gives equal opportunities for everyone.
