„If your hand causes you to stumble, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life maimed than with two hands to go into hell, where the fire never goes out. And if your foot causes you to stumble, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life crippled than to have two feet and be thrown into hell. And if your eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into hell...“ Mark 9:43-47.
Pretty harsh words! Well, sin is a serious thing! I know that it is unpopular nowadays. Most people consider it to be a myth. So, they allow themselves to joke on the subject and saying that it is better for them to go to hell due to their sin, because they will meet a lot of their friends there. In this way they will have a lot of fun in hell. Nothing could be further from the truth. Hell is not a nice place.
It is horrible. And every human being goes there because of sin. One has to repent of sin and turn to Jesus to avoid that. I want to remind you that I am not attacking other religions or atheists here. I am just writing about things I believe. So, do not take offence. God loves you, but He hates sin. That’s why we must repent and turn to our Savior. He is able to solve all our spiritual, mental and physical problems. Ask Him to forgive you and He will do it.
