Thought for the day 3rd of July 2011

Imagination

Limitations live only in our minds. But if we use our imaginations, our possibilities become limitless” by Jamie Paolinetti.

Imagination removes limitations

Imagination is the topic of the post on the blog ‘Thought for the day’ today. I believe that this is one of the most powerful topics in the niche of positive thinking. Why? What you see with your spiritual eyes one day becomes physical reality. So, I do not want you to place limitations on your possibilities by dwelling and looking at the images that constrain your inspiration and faith to move into wonderful things.

Imagination and logic

Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere” by Albert Einstein.

Imagination is one of the faculties that will tap you into invisible reality and into the realm of supernatural. We need logic for solving various daily tasks. It is really helpful gift from God to us. However, it is very limited if you want to do something great in this life. Hardly any inventor would have invented anything if he relied purely on his logic. You need to use much more powerful faculties of your mind to get everywhere you want to get.

How to awaken your imagination?

I shut my eyes in order to see” by Paul Gauguin.

When your eyes are open you receive a large amount of visual information from this visible physical world. If you want to work with your imagination you have to close your eyes, think about eternal things, and try to see into the future with the eyes of your imagination. Calm down before you do this. This huge load of visual information that comes through your eyes has to stop. This will help your spiritual eyes to open and show you things that can happen in the future and you will be a partaker of those things. You can do it every day or you can do it once in a while. The more often you do it the more spiritual experience and insights you will have when a situation comes your way and you need something much greater than logic to solve it.

Imagination, knowledge and facts

I believe that imagination is stronger than knowledge - myth is more potent than history - dreams are more powerful than facts - hope always triumphs over experience - laughter is the cure for grief - love is stronger than death” by Robert Fulghum.

Knowledge, facts and experiences are based on past and sometimes present. They are very often limited by visible reality and our negativity that we have from our experiences. Imagination helps you to go beyond the facts and experiences and bring forth something which you have never experienced before. Those will be absolutely new experiences that will change your perspective on the world.

I hope you will not rely entirely on your logic after reading the post. Tap into something more powerful. What is it? You know now, it is your spiritual eyes – imagination.
